Chris Bell has lived in Dalhart all of his life. He graduated from Dalhart High School and is now the General Manager at Hart Chevrolet. Chris is married to Hope and they have 2 children, Justin who is 13 and Liberty who is 6. Chris is serving his first year as a director.
